Really great menu and quality of food for a hotel restaurant. This restaurant is inside the Hilton, but has a private outside patio and feels quite separate from the hotel itself. The food and service are great and I recommend the Pork Chops and Broccolini. Very fun cocktail options, and the decor and even restrooms are very high-end here.
Winter weather had us stay an extra night so not many places open. We decided to keep it simple and we are glad we did. The food is good and the service was fast with just a bar attendant doing it all. Pork Rinds and Pominto Cheese are a nice twist to an appetizer.
Although the menu says they can accommodate any food allergy, it wasn't very much to say the least. The wagyu burger sounded good but it was overcooked and tough to chew. I was starving so I ate it. I had a side salad with it that consisted of lettuce, cucumber, and carrots with a few tomatoes. No one else was in the restaurant. It is a typical hotel restaurant that I thought I would try. Now I know better.
Got the vegetable pizza and man was it delicious! I’m not sure what other pizza places are in cool springs but this place makes great pizza.
Charley is one of the friendliest and best bartenders I have ever had. She is very engaging, knowledgeable and always wears a smile! Great experience!!
The continental breakfast did look amazing but I went ahead and went with a skillet and was not disappointed. Everything was very flavorful I would definitely come back

Whether she’s mixing up a custom cocktail or simply checking in to make sure you’re taken care of, she brings an energy and friendliness that truly elevates the entire bar experience.
